Shipping :

Shipping is Free in the UK presently. We use 2nd class standard shipping. Initially it may show as £3 until you enter your address to UK and it will change to £0

For everywhere else it is calculated based on costs. So the prices should not overcharge you. There is an option for tracked or non tracked.

We use Royal Mail for delivery all around the world.

UK - Royal Mail advise 3-5 days for deliver but sometimes can take longer.

Australia - can take 4-6 weeks.

USA / Canada and Europe - please allow 4 weeks.

Royal Mail do not consider a UK item lost until 14 days after delivery and 35 days for outside UK. I do ask you to wait for this time period to see if it arrives.

Returns :

In the unlikely situation where you need to return an item, please email me on sweetstationery@yahoo.com and we will try to resolve the problem.

I cannot refund any personalised items such as address labels unless they are faulty or I have made an error.

If you would like a return, please contact me within 14 days or receipt and you will need to have returned it to me within 30 days.

Processing Times :

I aim to send out orders as quickly as possible but please allow a 3-5 turn around time. Labels and stickers can take longer due to the personalised nature of the item. If something is urgent, please contact me before ordering and we can discuss the best postage solution for you. I mostly post on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
